Herbalism doesn't really rely on killing things as much as just searching so it is a very different skill. Because of this, many people aren't willing to go and pick up herbs in low level places by reason that herbs are hard to find and often have many different issues associated with them like extremely aggressive mobs around the best places. Since many people at higher levels refuse to go herb hunting, the prices for herbs are often very high. In other words medium level stacks of herbs can go for around 20 gold and can be found in half an hour with a good mount.
Because with a little work you can scare up 40 gold at least just by visiting lower level places with good primary professions in World of Warcraft, you should never sit around and think that you do not have enough world of warcraft gold to afford the newest and best things such as equipment, skills and the like. |
