Even though there are many ways to make wow gold your group there is also many ways that it fails. Finding a tank or a healer on my server is very difficult at times. Being in queue for a group, getting invited, and then falling apart is something that I have frequent experience with. With all the classes to fill the tanking role and all the classes to fill the healing role it is surprising that filling groups is so hard at times.

As a frustration that we have all seen we know from Maticus's posts that the dual spec is being worked on, but what will help now? How many of you have this type of problem, or are the servers you play on resistant to the lack of tanks and healers for groups? Everyone has the characters that they like to play and everyone loves what they do, but is there anything else that could be done to help with some of these problems, or perhaps there are no problems.
